In 2022 we’re dropping the word “workout” and adopting Coach Ki’s term, “Physical Self Care” 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀. 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲.

I pride myself on cultivating this lifestyle over the past 12 years when I first started my fitness lifestyle. I got more serious with it when I went to college and even more serious after I had my first son.

I was their first example so best believe I was gonna show them what self care, discipline, and true strength looked like.💪🏽

Now, it’s my mission to teach all women and mamas how to 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 body neutrality, self love, and physical alignment.🧘🏽‍♀️
