I guide people back into safety within themselves. My work centers on nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, self discovery, and identity healing. Not from theory alone, but from lived experience, years of coaching, and deep study of human behavior. I believe regulation comes before execution, safety comes before consistency, and awareness comes before change. This work is for people who are done forcing themselves through life and are ready to build inner safety that supports real, sustainable transformation.

Cellular Self-Care is the foundation of my work.
These are guided healing circles designed to help you:

• Release emotional tension stored in the body
• Build inner safety and self-trust
• Reconnect with yourself at a cellular level
This is where healing becomes felt, not intellectualized.

The Three Cellular Self-Care Experiences
Cellular Self-Care is a live healing circle experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, understand your emotional patterns, and feel safe in your body again. Each session falls into one of three formats, so you always know what kind of support you’re walking into.

Regulate your nervous system.
Understand your triggers and learn how to respond instead of react.
This session is for you if you feel emotionally overwhelmed, easily triggered, or stuck in freeze. Through guided breathwork, nervous system education, and quiet reflection, you’ll learn how to return to your body before your emotions take over. You’ll map triggers without judgment and leave with a grounded, embodied response you can carry into real life. This is where awareness begins and reactivity softens.

Release stored tension.
Honor your body & restore safety through movement.
This session is for you if your body feels tight, tired, overstimulated, or chronically holding stress. Through gentle, nervous system friendly movement and breath, you’ll release emotional and physical buildup without forcing or pushing. This space is slow, supportive, and especially welcoming for sensitive nervous systems and chronic pain bodies. Your body finally gets to exhale.

Support regulation through food, rhythm, & daily care.
This session is for you if stress affects your eating, energy, or consistency. You’ll learn how nourishment, routines, and lifestyle choices impact your nervous system, without shame or restriction. Together we shift from numbing and survival patterns into simple, supportive habits that help your body feel grounded and safe. We're ensuring that regulation becomes sustainable.
How It Works
Each week features one of these three experiences. They rotate intentionally so you can meet yourself where you are. You don’t need to attend every session, you simply attend the one your nervous system is asking for.

Monthly Identity and Pattern Healing Workshop
The Rewrite Method is where awareness turns into integration.
This monthly workshop focuses on:
• Identifying unconscious patterns
• Understanding emotional triggers
• Rewriting identity narratives that keep you stuck
• Creating self-led change without force
This is where you stop asking what is wrong with me and start asking what do I need.


Choose You consists of short, grounded episodes that break down nervous system regulation, self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and intentional execution in a way that actually makes sense. It's all about learning how to choose you in the many moments of life that we often choose every one and everything else. Choose You acts as an invitation to return home and remember who you were created to be.
